1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and participation in events organized by BARNACRAWL S.L. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Age Policy

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our Pub Crawls. Identification (ID, Passport) may be required at the meeting point and at venues. We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund to anyone who is underage.

3. Tickets and Refunds

• Validity: Tickets are valid for the date selected or open-dated as specified.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours before the event start time are eligible for a full refund.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend the event without prior notice results in forfeiture of the ticket.
• Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify the route or venues if necessary.

4. Code of Conduct

We promote a safe and fun environment. Harassment, aggression, or overly intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated. Our guides and venue staff reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these rules, without refund.

5. Liability

BARNACRAWL S.L is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Participants are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and safety.
